Peach, Proscuitto and Arugula Sandwiches

- Yield: 1-2 sandwiches (2 Servings)

- 2 ciabatta dinner rolls
- goat cheese
- 1/4 cup peaches thinly sliced
- fresh basil
- Spread goat cheese on all four halves of the rolls. Sprinkle a little salt on the goat cheese.
- Layer half the peach slices on each sandwich.
- Make a mix of 3 parts arugula and 1 part basil and spread over the peaches.
- Last top with prosciutto and eat.
