  1. Spread goat cheese on all four halves of the rolls. Sprinkle a little salt on the goat cheese.
  2. Layer half the peach slices on each sandwich.
  3. Make a mix of 3 parts arugula and 1 part basil and spread over the peaches.
  4. Last top with prosciutto and eat.
