Asian Summer Slaw

Ingredients
- Slaw
- 8-10 heads bok choi shredded
- 1 head cabbage shredded
- 1 bunch beet chard finely sliced
- beet greens finely sliced
- 2 carrots peeled and julienned
- 1 cup fresh peas (optional)
- 1 cup Scallions slied (optional)
- Plain Chinese Noddles
- Salad dressing
- 1/4 cup Very Teriyaki
- 4 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1/4 cup ginger orange marmalade
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup spice miso teriyaki
Instructions
- Cut all vegetables and put in a mixing bowl. Add dressing and toss. Crumple Chinese noodles in just before serving, to retain crunchiness.
