- 1 head broccoli cut into floretts
- Lemon Juice from one lemon
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt to taste
- Steam broccoli to taste. Toss, add salt, and serve.
- Place in a bowl with other ingredients.
- May be eaten hot, room temperature, or cold.
