Several vendors at the Cooperstown Farmers' Market offer advance ordering. Contact the vendor directly and pay (or arrange for payment), and your order will be waiting for you at the Market.
Arabeth Farm has pre-orders for meat and eggs. Pre-orders for garlic available starting in July.
They offer various cuts of organic beef and lamb, half or whole lambs, quarters, sides, and whole beef. They also offer a beef bundle and ground beef value pack.

Gaia’s Breath Farm offers pastured, heritage breed pork and pastured mother’s milk fed veal. See their selection of meatballs, sausages, prosciutto, and farmstead quality charcuterie. Multi-packs and mixed bundles available too.
