Enjoy gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches and soup by local chefs, desserts by the Otesaga, and local beer, wine, and sweet or sparkling non-alcoholic cider. Stoddard Hollow String Band will perform. This event, part of Cooperstown Winter Carnival, is a fun and delicious way to support the year-round Cooperstown Farmers’ Market, which Otsego 2000 founded in 1991.

The grilled cheese sandwiches will be made on Heidelberg Bread with local cheese, including:
- Byebrook Farm Gouda 
- Windy Hill Farm Chèvre 
- Mountain View Dairy Swiss and Camembert 
- Harpersfield Farmstead Tilsit 
- Spurbeck’s Cheddar 
- Crumhorn Coffee House Vegan Mozzarella 
TICKETS 
Your ticket includes a selection of gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches featuring local cheeses, fabulous chef-made soups and desserts, and a complimentary beverage (beer, wine, sweet or  cider).
Tickets are $35 for adults, $15 for children 6-12 years old. No charge for children under 6. 
All proceeds benefit the Cooperstown Farmers’ Market, which is open year-round on Saturdays.
