Several vendors at the Cooperstown Farmers' Market offer pre-orders. Contact the vendor directly and pay or arrange for payment, and your order will be waiting for you at the Market. 

Arabeth Farm has pre-orders for meat and eggs. Pre-orders for garlic available starting in July.

They offer various cuts of organic beef and lamb, half or whole lambs, quarters, sides, and whole beef. They also offer a beef bundle and ground beef value pack.

Black Willow Pond Farm offers pasture-raised pork, poultry, and pet food. Multiple bundles available for added savings.

Nectar Hills Farm offers pre-orders for sourdough breads, sweet breads, the galettes (choice of savory, vegetarian, or sweet) and meat pies.
