Minted Berries

Ingredients:

1 pint strawberries, raspberries or combination

5 large mint leaves

1-2 tablespoons sugar (depending on sweetness of berries)

1 teaspoon vanilla, or ¼ vanilla bean

 Instructions:

Wash and hull the strawberries. Cut into quarters.

Cut the mint into thin strips.

Toss the strawberries with mint, sugar and vanilla. Let sit for at least 30 minutes to let flavors blend.
